进阶学堂--套期保值
在商品期货交易中，一般都规定合约到期时必须进行实物交割。到交割时，如果期货价格和现货价格不同，例如期货价格高于现货价格， 就会有套利者买入低价现货， 卖出高价期货， 以低价买入的现货在期货市场上高价抛出，在无风险的情况下实现盈利。反之，如果期货价格低于现货价格，需要该商品的现货商会在期货市场上低价买进，或者作为自用，或者在现货市场高价卖出。在理论意义上，这种套利交易最终会使期货价格和现货价格趋向一致。在金融期货交易中，有采用现金交割方式的（如股指期货），交割价的确定以现货价为基准，等于是强迫期货价与现货价收敛。正是这些交割制度，保证了现货市场与期货市场价格随期货合约到期日的临近，两者趋向一致。
